Half day - Villa Puccini and Puccini Opera Festival Combine a night at the opera with a visit to the Composer's beloved Villa and Museum in Torre del Lago, where many object and mementos of Maestro Puccini are preserved and its chapel where the remains of Puccini, his wife and son lie. Full day - Puccini Itinerary On the footsteps of Giacomo Puccini's life through many places where the composer lived and worked. From the birthplace house in Corte San Lorenzo, Lucca, now a museum where most of the Maestro's belongings are preserved, to his parents' house and the less known premises where the Composer lived for short periods of time. A small chapel inside the Villa treasures the composer's remains and those of his wife and his son. Half day - Walking tour of Lucca Visit Lucca, the ancient Roman colony within well preserved city walls. Birthplace of Giacomo Puccini, this town is rich in archaeological sites including the Amphitheatre. Lucca - Bicycle Tour The bike tour is around Lucca city walls with a foray inside the town centre and an excursion at the Serchio's river banks.
