PRICES
-All prices include our agency's booking fees (from £ 20 per ticket) and, in some cases, fees of the venue or a local supplier. Face value of tickets available on request.

BOOKING
-On receipt of your completed booking form, request/s are processed as firm booking/s subject to our reconfirmation of availability, with replies to follow approximately by 2-5 working days. -To process your booking, a credit card number is required as your guarantee of payment. There is no charge if we cannot satisfy your request.
-Requests of two or more events/performances at one or more venues are processed each as a firm booking. The unavailability of any one part of the booking does not prejudice your acceptance of the tickets which are available. -Tickets are only processed by category/price as stated on our programmes, as positions are allocated by the venue’s box office and may vary up to the time of collection. Any other agreement must be exchanged in writing within your booking form / our confirmation letter/invoice. -It is very important that you reconfirm details and time of performance when booking and on arrival at destination (paragraph ‘LIABILITY’ also refers).

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT
Cancellation / amendment of a firm booking must be made in writing and is subject to payment of full charges.
- Tickets: on receipt of your written instructions/booking form, sales are final and full charges apply to any subsequent amendment. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

Any travel/land arrangements
1) Liaisons Abroad’s policy:

* amendment - administration fee UK£ 50 per booking
* cancellation - 20% penalty on the total amount due, up to 60 days before date of departure
- 35% penalty on the total amount due, under 60 days from date of departure

2) Actual supplier/s of services: each presents different policies. Unless specifically agreed at the time of booking, the following will apply to amendments/cancellations as a general rule:
* Verona during the Arena opera season. No cancellation penalties apply up to 15/03/2009; any time thereafter, refund or up to full cancellation charges subject to each supplier's policy which they reserve the right to advise at the time of cancellation/amendment.
* Verona outside the Arena opera season and any other destination all year round. No penalties up to 60 before date of arrival. Any time thereafter, refund or up to full cancellation charges subject to each supplier's policy which they reserve the right to advise at the time of cancellation/amendment.

PAYMENT

- On confirmation of your tickets, payment is due in full by return.
- On confirmation of your travel/land arrangements, a 30% deposit is due by return and the balance 8 weeks prior to departure date.

The balance will be automatically expected (or charged on your credit card if duly authorised) as due. Credit card charges carry an administration cost of £ 5 standard charge for invoice up to £ 250 or 2% if over £ 250.


DELIVERY OF TICKETS / VOUCHERS
When mailed / sent by courier: safe delivery always at the sole responsibility of the carrier and the receiver.
When delivered: proof of delivery and fulfilment of our contract of contents is the receipt we obtain from the establishment we deliver to, the latter at your discretion. Thereafter, safe receipt is always at the sole responsibility of the receiver and the beneficiary.
- VERONA ARENA. Our release of tickets is expected to start in MAY 2009.
Tickets posted to your address in the UK up to four weeks before the date of the performance or to our central collection point in Verona for bookings taken under four weeks before date of travel and always for addressees outside the UK.
- OTHER VENUES/SERVICES. Presentation vouchers posted to UK addressees or faxed anywhere outside UK, upon clearance of payment. Tickets to be collected at the box office unless otherwise specified.
EXCEPTIONS:
PRAGUE, BUDAPEST, BARCELONA, MADRID, MILAN & SPORT MATCHES EVERYWHERE. Tickets delivered to your hotel if central in the same town as the event. Any other location, delivery charges apply as advised the time of booking.

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE throughout the year & 24/7
For any occurrence at the time of service, Liaisons Abroad provides assistance through our office telephone number. Outside business hours (Mon-Fri 9-18h GMT), the number is either automatically diverted to our 24/7 assistance mobile phone and/or you can reach us by calling directly the mobile phone, the number of which is detailed within your voucher/accompanying letter. Failure to follow this procedure may prevent us from resolving the problem and therefore absolve us from any responsibility for claimed refunds. If the problem cannot be completely solved locally, your detailed report must follow in writing within 28 days from date of service, including proof of any expenses incurred
 

LIABILITY
Liaisons Abroad acts as an intermediary on your behalf with the actual suppliers of services. Although we will endeavour to pursue any claims to your satisfaction, our liability to you will be according to the suppliers’ policy and any refund limited to the service and amount we invoiced.
Venues reserve the right to change their programme/cast without any notice. It is very important that you reconfirm details and time of performance when booking and on arrival at destination. Refunds or alternatives are sometimes offered but only according to their policy as confirmed in each case and net of any/our agency fees. Liaisons Abroad declines any responsibility for any inconvenience caused by amendments or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In any case when we process your booking in advance of the official sales opening of the venue's box office or through alternative sources other than the venue's box office: we reserve the right up to the time of ticket delivery/collection of a final confirmation subject to the actual availability or upgrade / downgrade your booking to the next available category, adjusting our selling price accordingly to our buying price, independently from the face value printed on the ticket, or cancel your booking with a full refund..
